The Nomad camper kit is an intermediate model which is designed for single travellers who desire all the necessary commodities for a memorable trip in a simple ‘ready to go’ formula at an unbeatable cost. This kit has a gigantic storage space under the bed and has a nice living space between the kit and the front van seats when bed is folded back. You'll be able to store all your favourite equipment and move in the van easily. The Nomad is a close parent of the Malibu 4 and main differences are the seat space, the wider single bed set up and the sliding table. It is perfectly adapted for regular installation and removal for your weekend getaways or even for a live aboard installation!
The made in Canada camper van kit Nomad is all made out of ultralight marine grade 15mm (5/8'') Poplar wood veneers issued from sustainable wood plantation certified FSC, PEFC CARB Phase 2 / TSCA Title VI. Counter tops have a laminate finish just like a standard home kitchen and 2 folding panels which can be lifted individually. It will be delivered Completely Assembled, ready to install in you van.
It will take about 10 minutes to set it up! You will need 1 helper to slide the kit in your van from the tail gate
The kit measurements are 45.75‘’ (114 cm) wide by 53’’ (150 cm) long at its shortest. You’ll benefit from a single bed measuring 35’’ at shoulder (89 cm) wide by 73’’ (182,5 cm) long. If needed, bed can be transform from single to double with 54'' (137 cm) wide at shoulder and 73'' (182.5cm) long. This cannot be more versatile as it can accommodate 1 or 2 sleepers.
Depending on your needs and budget, you could complete your kit with the 3 inch (7.5 cm), 6 pieces, high quality polyurethane foam mattress with a charcoal gray fabric covers and a non-toxic water based tint finish on the wooden structure.
